Information we use
When you create an account we store your email address and a protected version of your password, and record your membership status and downloads. Our host, Cloudflare, receives the normal requests needed to serve pages and files, which may include IP address, browser information and technical logs.
Information on your device
Saved resources, reviews you’ve started and display settings may be stored in this browser. They are not synced to another device. Support request text is not stored by the site. Avoid entering sensitive or student information. Cookie & storage settings lets you clear LessonFull’s device data.
External services
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives a network request from your browser. Payments are handled by Stripe: card details go only into Stripe’s own fields and are never stored by LessonFull. No analytics or advertising tags are switched on.
Account & billing data
We use your account information, membership status and download activity to provide the service. Stripe processes payments and billing. You can change your email or password, or close your account and delete its data, at any time from My account → Account details.
Learners & student information
This site is intended for educators. Students do not need accounts to complete downloaded materials. Do not enter student names, school records, or other learner information in support requests or reviews.
Your choices & requests
You can clear data stored on this device in Cookie & storage settings. To change your email or close your account, use Account details in My account; for other privacy questions, contact Customer service.
