How do I download a resource?
Open a resource page, choose Download resource, then select an available format. Downloads are for members, including during the 7-day free trial.
What are the four formats?
Resources come as a full-colour PDF, an easy-to-print black & white PDF and a fillable PDF. Google Classroom versions are coming soon.
My PDF is not printing correctly.
Open the downloaded PDF in your PDF viewer. Check the paper size, use Fit to page if content is clipped, and confirm portrait or landscape orientation. Try printing one page first.
How do I use a fillable PDF?
When a fillable version is available, download it and open it in a PDF application that supports form fields. Save a copy after entering responses. A regular colour PDF is not automatically fillable.
How do I share a file in Google Classroom?
Use the Classroom version when one is available, then attach it to a private class assignment. If you want individual student copies, choose Make a copy for each student when the file type supports that option. Do not post licensed resources on a public website.
How much is membership?
Membership is A$9.99 a month after a 7-day free trial, charged in your country’s currency. Cancel anytime from My account → Billing.
How do I cancel?
Go to My account → Billing → Manage billing and choose Cancel. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 7 days of your first payment, email admin@lessonfull.com for a full refund, no questions asked. If you cancel during your free trial, you’re never charged.
I cannot log in.
Log in with the email and password you joined with, or with Continue with Google. Forgot your password? Email admin@lessonfull.com and we’ll reset it.
Where are my saved resources?
Use the bookmark on a resource card or page and find it in My library. Saved resources are kept in this browser.
Can I share resources with another teacher?
Your membership licences resources for one educator and their own learners. Sharing within your private classroom is fine; distributing the original files to other educators or uploading them publicly is not.
