During the free trial
New members get 7 days free, then the membership renews at £9.99 per month. Checkout shows the exact trial end date and billing currency. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
Stopping renewal
Go to My account → Billing → Manage billing and choose Cancel. You’ll see a confirmation and the date your access ends. Closing your browser or clearing site data does not cancel a membership.
After a paid renewal
When you cancel after a renewal, future renewals stop and you keep access through the period you’ve paid for. Nothing here limits rights that apply by law.
Unexpected charges or file issues
Contact Customer service about duplicate charges, an unrecognized renewal, or a resource that does not work as described. Include your account email and the resource or issue, without card numbers. The team must investigate the real billing record before promising a refund.

Billing is handled on Stripe’s secure billing page, where you can update your card, see invoices and cancel.
