For your own learners
An individual membership lets one educator print and use materials with their own learners and assign them through a private learning environment. Students may complete their own copies.
Keep sharing within your classroom
Use private class assignments and access-controlled school systems. Avoid posting original resources, answer keys, or download links on publicly accessible websites. Sharing with other educators requires their own authorized access or an approved school license.
What is not included
The license does not permit reselling, repackaging, distributing the original files to other educators, removing ownership notices, or sharing account access. Do not claim the resources as your own creations.
Adaptations & attribution
Make teaching adaptations only within the rights provided for the resource. Keep creator and copyright notices. Some files may have additional restrictions or third-party content that must be checked before use.
Copyright questions
If you believe a resource infringes your rights, contact Customer service with the title, URL, a description of the work, and a way to contact you. The final business must establish and publish a verified copyright-reporting channel and handling process.
